Joint research project undertaken with the Polytechnic University of Madrid and 24 companies of the wine industry to study the impact of climate change on viticultural practices and find vineyard management strategies that do not alter the qualitative profiles of the final product.
We have developed trial plots to study how the grapevines respond to different variables such as irrigation, pruning, yield per hectare, plantation frames, etc., with the final objective to study the impact of these practices on grape quality.
