Reserva 1991

A tribute to the Carraovejas Valley

Reserva is a sincere tribute to the Carraovejas Valley and an elaboration that seeks to extol its origin in an outstanding way.

  • Varieties: tinto fino and cabernet sauvignon.
  • Alcohol by volume: 13%
  • Soils: limestone texture with red clays and white loams. Low granulometry and high water retention.
  • Altitude: around 850 meters.
  • Harvest : manual, in boxes 15 kg

Made with Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Pago de Carraovejas, this vintage was aged in French and American oak barrels. After fining with natural egg white, the wine was bottled in June 1993. From this vintage, rated as very good, 1000 Bordeaux bottles and 70 magnums have been selected.
