The food pairings included in the experiences are served during the winery tour and do not constitute dining service at Ambivium Restaurant.

4. Participants and Wine Consumption

The person making the reservation or purchasing a gift voucher must be of legal age.

When minors are permitted to attend an experience, the appropriate age-based rate must be selected. Minors must remain accompanied by and under the supervision of an adult throughout the tour. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests age 18 or older.

The Customer must accurately state the number of guests and their age categories. Pago de Carraovejas may request proof of age when necessary to verify a participant’s age.

5. Food Information and Special Requirements

The Grandes Crus de Alma and Landscapes with Alma experiences include food pairings. Any food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or special requirements must be disclosed during the booking process or, if the form does not provide a place to do so, by emailing reservas@almacarraovejas.com sufficiently in advance.

Pago de Carraovejas will inform the Customer whether the experience can be adapted to the requirements disclosed. Any accommodation will be subject to feasibility and must be expressly confirmed by the Pago de Carraovejas team.

Questions regarding accessibility or reduced mobility must be submitted before the visit so that the team can provide information about the tour conditions and any available accommodations.

6. Booking and Purchase Process

To book an experience, the Customer must:

  • Select the experience, date, and time from the available options.
  • Specify the number of guests and the applicable rates.
  • Provide the requested information for the purchaser and, where applicable, the participants.
  • Review the reservation summary, including the total price.
  • Select one of the available payment methods.
  • Read and accept the Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and these Terms.
  • Confirm the purchase and make payment.

Before confirming the purchase, the Customer may review and correct the information entered. If the Customer discovers an error after making payment, they must notify Pago de Carraovejas as soon as possible at reservas@almacarraovejas.com.

The reservation will be confirmed once payment has been authorized and the Customer has received confirmation at the email address provided. The Customer must review the confirmation details and report any errors as soon as possible.

Reservations are subject to availability and the capacity shown in the Website’s booking calendar.

7. Prices, Payment, and Invoicing

Prices are stated in euros and include all applicable taxes. The total price will be displayed before payment is confirmed and will depend on the experience, the number of guests, and the selected rates.

Prices may be changed before a purchase is completed. Once a reservation has been confirmed or a gift voucher has been purchased, subsequent price changes will not affect the completed purchase.

Payment may be made using any of the payment methods enabled and displayed on the Website during the purchase process. No additional payment-method fees will apply unless they are expressly disclosed, and legally permitted, before the purchase is confirmed.

Customers requesting an invoice must provide complete and accurate billing information. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided or made available to the Customer by an equivalent method.

8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1. Reservations for Experiences on a Specific Date

Under Article 103(l) of the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

Accordingly, reservations for wine tourism experiences on a specific date and at a specific time are not subject to the general 14-day right of withdrawal. However, the Customer may cancel or modify a reservation in accordance with the policy set forth in Section 9.

8.2. Gift Vouchers

When a gift voucher is purchased remotely, the purchaser may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the voucher has not been used or redeemed.

To exercise this right, the purchaser must send an unequivocal notice to reservas@almacarraovejas.com before the deadline, stating the purchaser’s name, the gift voucher number or code, and their decision to withdraw from the purchase.

When the right of withdrawal applies, Pago de Carraovejas will refund the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the purchaser expressly agrees to another method, without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period.

9. Reservation Cancellation and Modification Policy

9.1. Cancellations

Tour cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.

If a cancellation is submitted at least 48 hours in advance, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the reservation unless another method is expressly agreed upon.

Cancellations submitted less than 48 hours in advance, as well as failure to attend on the reserved date and at the reserved time, will not be eligible for a refund.

9.2. Modifications

Modification requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience.

Any change to the date, time, number of guests, or other reservation terms is subject to availability and will only take effect once confirmed by the Pago de Carraovejas team.

Modification requests submitted less than 48 hours in advance may be declined and will not, by themselves, entitle the Customer to a full or partial refund.

9.3. Submitting Cancellations and Modifications

Requests must be submitted by email to reservas@almacarraovejas.com or by phone at +34 983 878 020 and must include the reservation holder’s name and the reservation confirmation or reference number.

If Pago de Carraovejas cancels the experience, the Customer may choose between a full refund of the amount paid or rescheduling the reservation for another available date.

10. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers may be used to book the experience and number of guests specified on the voucher. Purchasing a gift voucher does not automatically reserve a date. To participate in the experience, the voucher must be redeemed and a reservation must be made in advance, subject to availability.

The gift voucher must be used within the validity period stated during the purchase process and on the voucher itself. Once that period expires, the voucher will no longer be valid and will not be eligible for a refund or compensation, except where required by law.

Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. Once the statutory withdrawal period specified in Section 8.2 has expired, gift vouchers are nonrefundable.

Reservations made using a gift voucher are subject to the cancellation and modification policy set forth in Section 9. If a reservation made with a gift voucher is canceled or a modification is requested less than 48 hours in advance, or if the guests fail to attend, the voucher will be considered used and may not be redeemed again.

The gift voucher code must be retained and provided during the booking process. Pago de Carraovejas will not be responsible for use by third parties if the code has been shared by the purchaser or recipient.

11. Availability and Changes to the Experience

Pago de Carraovejas may make reasonable adjustments to the tour route, wines, food pairings, schedule, or any other nonessential element of the experience when necessary for organizational, technical, safety, or availability reasons, or due to circumstances beyond its control. Any such adjustments must preserve the essential characteristics and value of the experience purchased.

If a change materially affects the experience, Pago de Carraovejas will notify the Customer and, as appropriate, offer an alternative date or a refund of the amount paid.

12. Force Majeure

Pago de Carraovejas will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond its reasonable control, including emergencies, government restrictions, weather conditions that pose a safety risk, major utility outages, or similar circumstances.

If a force majeure event prevents the experience from taking place, Pago de Carraovejas will notify the Customer as soon as possible and offer either rescheduling for an available date or a full refund of the amount paid.

13. Complaints and Customer Service

Customers may submit questions, request information, or file a complaint using the following contact methods:

  • Email: reservas@almacarraovejas.com.
  • Phone: +34 983 878 020.
  • Mailing address: ALMA CARRAOVEJAS, S.L., Camino de Carraovejas, s/n, 47300 Peñafiel, Valladolid, Spain.

Complaints will be addressed as promptly as possible. The Customer must provide the information needed to identify the reservation or gift voucher and describe the reason for the complaint.

14. Personal Data Protection

Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, 2018.

The Customer may find information about the identity of the data controller, the purposes and legal basis for processing, recipients, retention periods, and how to exercise their rights in the Website’s Privacy Policy.

15. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is declared wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.

Any specific terms applicable to an experience or gift voucher that have been disclosed to and expressly accepted by the Customer will prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

When the Customer qualifies as a consumer or user, any dispute relating to the purchase of an experience or gift voucher will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law and, where required, to the courts of the Customer’s place of residence.
