GRAPE VARIETIES: Tinto Fino (93%), Cabernet Sauvignon (6%) and Merlot (1%)

FERMENTATION: In barrels made from French oak grown in the central region of France managed according to the «Haute Futaie» system

AGEING: 12 months in French oak barrels specially selected for its fine grained wood

Clarified with natural egg whites

Bottled: April 2011



Color: Purple red rimmed in the same hue.

Aromas: Complex and suggestive nose; red fruit, lactic and toasted notes and species.

Mouth: Powerful and elegant. Well structured and balanced.

Due to its intense color and the natural winemaking process this wine may precipitate inside the bottle.
