Territories and Harmonies

A detailed experience familiarizing in depth with the identity of each Alma Carraovejas project. During the tour of different territories you will explore and learn about the history of each project, its vineyards and winemaking process.

A three-hour experience including tasting of six wines from different territories of  Alma Carraovejas, paired with solid proposals reflecting a clear character of  Restaurant Ambivium´s cuisine, which has a Michelin Star, a Green Star and two Repsol Suns.
