Optimization of the early sampling process supported by precision viticulture techniques

Objective: To study whether the method developed by this university for the study of the homogeneity of the vineyards and the characteristics of the grapes when they look ripe could be a useful way to obtain early discrimination of the vineyards in accordance with the ultimate quality of the raw material at the time of harvesting.
